The Dub music legend Lee "Scratch" Perry, performs at the City Hall in Wellington, New Zealand; on September 20, 2005. Perry was born Rainford Hugh Perry, on March 20, 1936, in Kendal, Jamaica. His influence on Dub and Reggae has won him worldwide recognition. Perry is a Grammy award winner whose latest album "Repentance" is due in 2008.
